Submission Guidelines
Only AOIAP members can participate in competitive sessions.
Membership details must be provided in the submission form.
All participants must be registered for the conference.
Abstracts must be in MS Word, limited to 250 words, Times New Roman font.
PGs and DNB residents must include an endorsement certificate from their HOD.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to frame guidelines and limit presentations.
PG Paper Presentations
Case Reports – 5 mins
Case Series – 8 mins
Only presenter’s name allowed on the slides. No mention of institution, HOD, or co-authors.
Judging criteria include quality, content, relevance, and adherence to time.
Non-compliance with rules may lead to disqualification.
Abstract should not be more than 250 words.
Abstract should be under the following headings: Title, Presenting Author, Aim, Methodology, Results & Conclusions.
E-Poster Guidelines (PG's)
Abstract should not be more than 250 words.
Abstract should be under the following headings: Title, Presenting Author, Aim, Methodology, Results & Conclusions.
Quiz Competition (PGs)
Registration can be done through the Google Form links shared above or on the first day of the Conference, strictly in the morning session (before lunch, no later).
Open to PGs/DNBs from recognized institutions.
Includes a Written Preliminary Round followed by Finals.
